Cut, formed & welded — in one shop
Most fab shops sub out their cutting or bending. We don’t. We cut on a ShopSabre CNC plasma table and form on a 145-ton, 8-ft BendForce press brake — so a part can be cut, bent and welded under one roof, on our schedule, without hand-offs. Cleaner parts, tighter tolerances, faster turnaround.
Aluminum is our everyday metal
Plenty of shops weld steel; fewer are comfortable with aluminum. It pulls heat away fast, it grows an oxide layer that has to be cleaned off before it will weld sound, and it gives little warning before it slumps. Our welders build aluminum boat trailers every day, so aluminum brackets, rails, ladders, boxes and frame repairs are routine here. Stainless gets the same care for marine hardware and anything that lives in salt air.
What to bring for a quote
A drawing with dimensions is ideal, but a photo with a tape measure in it, a sketch on paper, or the broken part itself is plenty to start. Tell us the material if you know it, how many you need, and what the part has to hold or survive. We’ll tell you what we’d build it from and why. Farm and ranch jobs are welcome too: gates, fencing, cattle and ag fabrication, and equipment brackets for North-Central Florida properties.
